I’ll deliver a custom concept board with recommendations and a complete shopping list to achieve the look you desire. This option is great for realtors who want quick, actionable results.
What's Included:

• Curated inspiration collage to visualize the design direction and support your chosen update goals.
• Custom color palette tailored to the property’s existing finishes and lighting conditions.
• Designer-sourced product recommendations for the updates you’ve identified (such as lighting, hardware, faucets, mirrors, or soft furnishings).
• Curated shopping list with product links and notes on finishes, sizing, and placement to simplify purchasing.
• One cohesive design concept board showing how all recommended upgrades and colors work together.
• 1 minor revision to fine-tune product selections or paint colors, if needed.
